Cut-panel inspection: each unsewn body, sleeve or other garment panel is checked individually.
Circular and flat knitting form the starting point of our wool garment production.
Knitted fabric is processed in a finishing vessel before the pre-cutting stages.
Fabric undergoes steaming and inspection before cutting.
Fabric is cut into garment panels on an electric cutting table.
Each separate cut panel is checked while it is still completely unsewn, before sewing and assembly.
Garments are assembled with sewing equipment and garment hanging systems.
After sewing, garments go through garment finishing.
Explore our cutting and sewing areas, garment hanging systems and the people working on the production floor.
Our sewing equipment includes SiRUBA, HIKARI and Brother machines.
